• To complete this course, participants need to have received a certificate for our Epilepsy Essentials course within the last 12 months. If we cannot establish that participants have previously completed Epilepsy Essentials within this period, the certificate of completion for Emergency Medications-Midazolam will be withheld.
• A sample kit will be sent for the practical assessment component of this course via Australia Post and therefore participants cannot enrol and complete the course on the same day. Your continued enrolment in the course is deemed as your acceptance of that condition. 
• The sample kit will be posted to the address provided in the order. Please notify us immediately after placing the order if you need the kit posted to a different address.

How do I complete this course? 

This course is delivered completely online and is self-paced. Participants will be required to film and upload their practical assessment video for our assessors to mark. 

How long do I have to complete the course?  

This course is to be completed within 3 months.  

How long does it take to complete this course? 

Please allow at least 3 hours to complete this course. 

Is anything required before I start? 

To successfully complete this course, participants need to have completed Epilepsy Essentials training in the last 12 months and should hold a current first aid certificate/CPR competency.

What happens when I finish the course? 

Participants will be required to complete quizzes and a practical assessment before receiving a certificate of completion.  

How often should I do the course? 

We recommend doing the Emergency Medications course every year to maintain your knowledge.
