As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals in their homes and communities. This may include personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, and companionship.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and has a genuine desire to help others. A Full Australian Drivers License is required for this role, as you will be traveling to clients' homes. Additionally, a Police Check is mandatory to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
