We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Eastwood, NSW. This is a casual position with an hourly rate of $40 to $50, offering benefits such as study leave, travel assistance, re-location assistance, and car hire allowance.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in aged care or a related field, with experience in providing respite care, shopping services, and transportation for clients. Fluency in Armenian is a plus, as we serve a diverse community.

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, patient, and capable of handling challenging behaviours, particularly in individuals with dementia or complex care needs. A full Australian driver's license and a police check are required for this role.
