We are a leading Home Care Provider in Ardglen NSW 2338, looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. This is a part-time position with an hourly rate of $40 to $50, plus benefits including a car hire allowance, car provided, and training provided.

• Providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes
• Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
• Implementing individualized care plans and goals
• Promoting independence and community participation
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families

• Fluency in Tamil language
• Experience working with individuals with Autism
• Full Australian driver's license
• Police check clearance
• Car ownership for travel to client homes
