We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team at our Norwood Aged Care Home!

Regis Norwood provides the full range of Regis aged care services, plus ageing-in-place, a specialist dementia care wing and respite care services. There are 94 rooms here, all with en suite.

About the role

The role of the Clinical Manager is to lead and manage the clinical, allied health, therapy and lifestyle services. This will enable specific care and service objectives to be met and will ensure that high standard of person centred care is provided to all residents within all legislative and professional standards requirements. 

Duties & Responsibilities

•    Full clinical oversight of the facility
•    All clinical reporting and documentation
•    Staff training, provision of ongoing management and support to all care staff
•    Oversight of all specialised nursing
•    Working closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent compliance with all Aged Care standards and Regis Quality Care policies and procedures

•    Ensuring all staff adhere to safe practices and follow all WHS requirements
 

Ideal Skills & Experience

•    Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
•    Minimum 12 months experience as a Clinical Manager 
•    A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership
•    Strong IT skills including previous experience using a care management system
•    A robust approach to managing your time effectively and ability to work within deadlines
