Description:

I need a carer from the 14th of July for roughly 6 months. Days start at 8:30am and can go for 2-4 hours depending on whats needed, eg, shopping, medical appointments. With the occasional trip to Sydney to see my specialists. So you must have a car. In the morning I require an insulin needle, and on Fridays a second needle the Ozempic needle. So you should have experience with needles, eg nurse etc.

Valid ID Required

Valid Police check taken within the past 12 months

Full Drivers License required 

Full Comprehensive Car Insurance required

Required NDIS Worker Screening Check

Skills: Diabetes & Parkinsons Disease

Additional Qualifications: First Aid, NDIS Worker Orientation Module & Medication

Language: English
