Job Description

As a Home and Community Care worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals in their homes and communities. This may include personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. Your role is vital in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with transport to appointments and outings
• Document and report any changes in the client's condition or needs

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Female with a Full Australian Drivers License
• Have a current police check
• Hold a valid working with children check
• Previous experience in home and community care is desirable but not essential
