Job Description:

As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a range of domestic assistance services to our clients in their own homes. This may include but is not limited to: cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, and light household duties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide a high standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide domestic assistance services to clients in accordance with their care plans
• Assist with cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, and other household tasks
• Deliver a high standard of care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with clients and communicate effectively with them and our team
• Adhere to all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Report any concerns or issues to management in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Full Australian Drivers License
• Police check
• Working with children check
• Previous experience in domestic assistance or aged care is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
