COMMUNITY CARE WORKER

Would you like to work for us to support our elderly clients to remain living at home? We are looking for an experienced & passionate Care Worker to provide a high level service to our clients in Homebush and surrounding areas.

Duties:

• Personal Care services
• Domestic Assistance services
• Social Support services 
• Respite, Transport & Meal Preparation weekdays

We offer regular clients and services to suit your availability, professional supervision, support and training.

Essential Requirements:

• High Care experience 
• Minimum and regular ongoing availability 15 hours p/w 
• Car and smart phone
• Police Check
• Cert III in Aged Care or Community Services (desirable)
