The Opportunity

You'll be excited by the opportunity of travelling to each individual Customers residence to provide assistance with maintaining their independence.  You will be based in and around the Launceston region and will include travel between Launceston, Riverside, Newnham or Prospect and surrounding suburbs. You will be passionate about demonstrating and providing a professional service to allow our customers to have the time and freedom to enjoy the things their passionate about in life.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

• Qualification / Experience in Aged or Disability Care

• Current  Australian Drivers Licence

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance

• Smart Mobile Phone and Internet access
   

The Role

As a Home Care Worker with KinCare you will be required to provide support including:

• Assist in aspects of our clients daily living needs: Showering, Grooming, Personal assistance and prompting

• Domestic Assistance: Cooking, household cleaning and laundry

• Social support/Transportation: Transport to medical appointments, grocery shopping and social activities
