DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Programmed Care are actively seeking experienced Community Disability Support Workers for our clients in Western Sydney and Surrounding Suburbs.

Key requirements:

• Six months experience working with clients in the community
• Certificate III in Disability or Related Support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Current Drivers Licence
• Person Centred Approach
• Variety of shifts available in various locations
• Personal care, Domestic, Social and Community Activities
• Adaptability to work with different individuals including challenging behaviours
• National Police Clearance
• Must be willing to commit to ongoing rosters providing support to our clients
