We are looking for team members in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide who are enthusiastic, compassionate and dependable support staff who have experience within the home care environment. You will be supporting clients to live their best life and you will ensure the client is at the centre of everything you do. You will need to be flexible and committed.

Key requirements:

• Experience working with clients in the community required
• Certificate III in Disability or Child Related Support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Current Drivers Licence
• Variety of shifts available in various locations
• Personal care, Domestic, Social and Community Activities
• Adaptability to work with different individuals including challenging behaviours
• DCSI Disability Screening and National Police Clearance
• Must be reliable and willing to commit to ongoing rosters providing support to our clients
• Provide support and services to clients with the Person Centered Active Support model
• Encourage individuals living with a disability to be engaged in their own lives
• Assist clients with their personal health care and mobility needs
