About the Role:

We’re seeking dedicated and empathetic Disability Support Workers to join our team. This role involves providing personalized support to individuals with diverse abilities, helping them achieve their goals and engage fully in their communities. Happy to offer this as a part time role, or a casual role. This role will include weekday work, Weekend work and non active sleepover shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

•Support clients in community participation, social outings, and recreational activities.

•Provide emotional support and companionship.

•Follow individual care plans and report on client progress and well-being.

•Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, respectful environment.

What We’re Looking For:

•A compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Experience in disability support or a similar role (preferred but not essential)

Requirements:

•Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field (or willingness to obtain).

•Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

•NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) and Blue Card

•Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
