Orange Health Care is looking for dedicated Youth Workers and Disability Support Workers to join our supportive, person‑centred team.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:

Work on a casual basis with the opportunity to transition to permanent part‑time after probation.

Assist participants and young people to achieve their goals, build independence and connect with their community.

Work across a rotating roster, including day shifts, sleepovers, active overnights, weekends and public holidays

This role offers the chance to build strong, supportive relationships while positively contributing to the lives of others.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking people who are:

Compassionate, patient and genuinely interested in supporting others.

Positive, friendly and eager to learn.

Reliable and flexible with the ability to work varied shifts.

Strong communicators who work well in a team environment.

Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Youth Worker or Disability Support Worker roles.

Hold a Certificate IV qualification or ( willing to obtain )

Mandatory Requirements
(You must hold or be willing to obtain the following)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check

Blue Card (Working with Children & Vulnerable Persons)

National Police Check

Current driver licence

Proof of working rights (citizenship, visa, birth certificate or Australian passport)

Hold a Certificate IV qualification or ( willing to obtain )
