Support is based on the interests, wants and needs of each participant. The service provides intensive accommodation support and community options in a proactive way.

About this role:

Provide personal care to support health and well-being

Deliver programs designed to help participants

Deliver access to the community

Complete general household tasks

Qualifications desirable

What do I need?

Current drivers licence

Working with Vulnerable People Card

Current Police Check

Pathway to employment (we can assist with this)

Basic First Aid Certificate

Completion of NDIS Orientation Modules

Infection Control Training Ceritificate
