We are actively seeking experienced In Home Disability Support Workers for our clients in the Adelaide Hills.

Key requirements:

• Experience working with clients in the community required
• Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care
• In-Home Support and Community Housing Shift
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Provide support and services to clients with the Person Centered Active Support model
• Encourage individuals living with a disability to be engaged in their own lives
• Assist clients with their personal health care and mobility needs
• Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Car
• Willingness to work long shifts - AM and PM
• Must be willing to commit to ongoing rosters providing support to our clients
• Adaptability to work with different individuals including challenging behaviours
• DCSI Screenings - Disability or Child related
