The Gaynes Park Suites are an innovative and new category of seniors living that has been created by Life Care to support people with a range of domestic, hospitality and wellbeing services. Our goal is to support people to live independently, confidently and effortlessly and provide peace of mind as they age.


Gaynes Park Suites is co-located with Gaynes Park Manor and forms part of a beautiful campus providing shared spaces including outdoor terrace and barbeque area and landscaped gardens.


The Suites have the amazing Four Seasons Restaurant and spacious residents lounge, library and games areas for personal use and to share with friends.


We have recently introduced a range of well-being activities including exercise classes, cognitive support and social activities including bus outings as a response to the residents Live Every Day experiences.

 

About the opportunity:

As the LED – Gaynes Park Suites, you are responsible for managing the day to day care and support functions for consumers to achieve their maximum degree of independence and actively create and promote an environment that will enhance each person’s ability to Live Every Day.

 

We are now seeking to engage motivated LED team members for permanent part time shifts who will:
• Provide both direct care and support to residents and deliver a number of wellbeing activities
• Actively promote an environment that will enhance each person’s Live Every Day experience.
• Work with other members of the team to create a positive, friendly and happy environment
• Engage with residents to deliver a Live Every Day experience.
• Work respectfully with each individual who is in need of support
• Work in a safe manner, contributing to our safety culture and positive work environment
• Demonstrate reliability and a commitment to Life Care and our values

 

What you absolutely must possess to be a part of Our Team:

To apply, you’ll need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or,
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or,
  • Relevant qualification in the behavioural sciences, aged care or community services fields
  • An ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (NCC)
  • Unencumbered Class C South Australian Driers Licence
  • 2021 Flu Vaccination record 
  • COVID-19 Vaccinations
