Bodington is our 120-bed home offering exceptional care to all our residents. Situated in the picturesque bushland of Wentworth Falls, we offer a home-like environment where residents and staff are treated with compassion and respect. We are approximately 90 minutes’ drive west of Sydney and 45 minutes’ drive from Penrith with onsite parking available.

Currently, we are looking for experienced & passionate Personal Carers to join our team on either a permanent part-time or casual basis. As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home like environment you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting with personal care such as showering & dressing;
• Supporting with day to day tasks such as eating and social activities;
• Working with clinical staff to ensure care & medication plans are followed;
• Maintaining documentation & working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and well-being are optimised; and
• Providing high quality service to families and the community.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• A genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly;
• Great communication & team work skills;
• Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change; and
• A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) or a willingness to obtain.
• Must be able to provide evidence of a 2020 Flu Vaccination
