Personal Care / Support Worker
Monday to Friday | 10:00am – 6:00pm | Potential for Long-Term Involvement
A unique and rewarding opportunity has become available for an experienced, proactive, and compassionate Support Worker to provide dedicated one-on-one care for a client with complex needs currently undergoing treatment at a public hospital in St Leonards.
This role goes beyond standard support work—it requires someone who genuinely values dignity, communication, and person-centred care, and is committed to providing consistent, high-quality support without shortcuts.
The client’s care journey may progress through various stages, including a transfer to a private hospital, a neuro rehabilitation centre, and eventually a return to their home. This position has the potential to evolve into a long-term care arrangement.
