Description:
Transport to medical appointment : Pick up the client from home and accompany her to an 8:20 am medical appointment at the Medical Imaging Department, Prince of Wales Hospital, 143 Barker St., Randwick. Then bring the client back home. It is hard to find free parking in Prince of Wales hospital. If they need to stay with client, then advise family client need to pay parking fee. otherwise, SW need to confirm with NOK how to solve the parking issue (either take Cab, or client pay the parking).
