- Service Type: Respite Care

- Preferred Day/Time: Thursday, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Client Flexibility: Thursday or Friday between 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Client Preferences
- Gender Requirement: Female worker only.
- Setting Preference: In-home preferred.
- Vehicle Requirement: Vehicle must accommodate a 4-wheel walker (4WW). Work Instructions In-home respite, accompanied outings, and social support. Support with organising Valley Meal Prep deliveries.
- Accompany Lyn to: Local chemist Library If time allows, assist with domestic tasks: Tidying the kitchen Changing bed linens Laundry
