• Toileting/Continence Support: Not required Behaviour Considerations & Boundaries Client has a history of requesting inappropriate support (e.g. legal tasks, court hearings) Carer must be firm in setting boundaries and refer all out-of-scope requests to the Care Manager Previous issues with client becoming upset when carers decline such tasks — clear communication and professionalism required Special Notes Carer must maintain clear boundaries of responsibility The client values professionalism and clarity on the carer’s role If unsure, always escalate concerns to the Care Manager
