Personal Care and Domestic Assistance – John has Parkinsons Disease and is unsteady on his feet, he has full cognition and is able to communicate his needs very well, please be guided by John and allow him to complete tasks that he is able to. John requires assistance with personal care, washing - hair, back or body, legs, feet. Drying his body with extra attention to drying his feet, dressing and lower limb assist with socks and shoes. Please assist with any domestic tasks that are in your scope or work including, hanging out /bringing in washing, ironing, and general household cleaning.
