Job Description:As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting clients with daily tasks, personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also be responsible for providing companionship and emotional support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Help clients with mobility and transportation as needed
- Follow care plans and provide updates to the care team as required
- Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in home and community care is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Full Australian Drivers License
- Current Police Check
