Job Description:

As a Home and Community Care worker, you will have the rewarding opportunity to support individuals in their own homes and communities. Your duties will include providing assistance with medications, meal preparation, and other daily tasks as required.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a compassionate and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A Full Australian Drivers License is required, as you may need to transport clients to appointments or outings. A valid Police Check is also required for this role to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
