As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals in their own homes and communities. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with household chores and errands
• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
