We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home and Community Care providers. This role involves supporting individuals in their homes and communities to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

As a Home and Community Care provider, you will be responsible for assisting clients with tasks such as personal care, medication management, meal preparation, household chores, and transportation to appointments and social activities.

• Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assisting with medication management and meal preparation
• Completing household chores such as cleaning and laundry
• Driving clients to appointments and social activities
• Building rapport and trust with clients and their families

• Previous experience in home and community care or a related field
• Certification in Aged Care, Disability Support, or a similar discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
