As a Home and Community Care worker, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. Your duties may include assisting with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and promote their independence and wellbeing.
