We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home and Community Care Worker to join our team on a casual basis. As a care worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals in their homes and communities to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
• Following care plans and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:

• Full Australian Drivers License
• Police check
• Working with children check

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion and empathy for others
• Reliability and punctuality
