Join our Home and Community Care Team in Chapel Hill!

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our on-demand workforce in providing home and community care services in Chapel Hill, QLD. This is a casual position with flexible hours and competitive hourly rates.

As a member of our Home and Community Care team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes and communities. Your role may involve assisting with personal care, household chores, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship. You will work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans and ensure that their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes and communities
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform household chores, meal preparation, and light housekeeping duties
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

• Must have a car and a full Australian driver's license
• Valid police check
• Previous experience in home and community care or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
