As a Home and Community Care worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals in their own homes and within the community. Your main duties will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, and providing companionship to clients. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met and that they are able to maintain their independence and quality of life.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, compassionate, and have a genuine interest in making a difference in the lives of others. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in the healthcare or aged care sector is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate.
