• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote their well-being
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers
• Maintain detailed records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition

• Must have a car for transportation to clients' homes
• Hold a Full Australian Drivers License
• Have a valid Police check
• Possess a working with children check
• Previous experience in home and community care is an advantage
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
