Personal Care / Support Rhonda lives by herself, in a one bedroom unit within a retirement village. Lovely lady, chronic pain so is usually in her recliner which is next to the front door. Medical history: Lupus, chronic pain (shoulders, back, arms), high blood pressure Mobility / aids used: Rhonda uses a 3 wheel frame in the home and has a mobility scooter to access the community. Alerts: Rhonda has a MEPCAS personal alarm - pendant around her neck. Parking: Visitor spaces in the village or on the street. Personal care tasks: Rhonda requires assistance with a female worker (preferred) for her personal care for 1 hour. Assist Rhonda is getting clothes ready for the day. Please assist Rhonda to the shower, undress and wash in the shower. There are shower rails, hand held shower head and shower chair in situ. Please assist in the shower, drying, getting dressed. Please dry/clean up the bathroom after the shower. Assist with breakfast if time left. Prefers female worker
