• Build rapport through conversation, companionship and meaningful activities tailored to client interests.
• Follow care plans and communicate changes or concerns to supervisors promptly and professionally.
• Work on an on-demand roster: accept shifts via our scheduling platform and respond to short-notice opportunities.

• Empathetic, patient and well-organised individuals who work well independently and within a small team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client needs and home environments.
• Reliable with a commitment to punctuality and high-quality care on every visit.
• Comfortable using mobile tools to check in, record tasks and follow digital care plans.

• Full Australian Drivers Licence — essential for community outings and transport support.
• Current Police Check — completed and clear to work with vulnerable people.
• Working With Children Check — current and valid where required by client family circumstances.
