Personal Care Assistant — Casual (Epping VIC 3076)

You will provide compassionate, person-centred support to clients in their homes and in community settings, matching a modern, responsive service model that values respect, reliability, and practical skills.

• Personal care: assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, mobility and transfers when required.
• Daily living support: help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light household tasks, and shopping assistance.
• Community access: driving and accompanying clients to appointments, social activities and errands.
• Observation and reporting: monitor client wellbeing, note changes, and communicate clearly with coordinators and family where appropriate.
• Respectful companionship: provide social support, meaningful engagement and encouragement for independence.
