As a Casual Personal Care Assistant, you will provide professional, respectful and reliable in-home care tailored to each client’s needs. Shifts are offered on an on-demand basis and may vary across mornings, evenings and weekends. You will work independently and as part of a supportive team to promote client independence, dignity and wellbeing.

• Assist with personal care needs including showering, grooming, dressing and toileting while maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Support mobility and transfers using safe manual handling practices and equipment where required.
• Provide meal support and light domestic assistance such as meal preparation, laundry and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Offer companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities and support social participation.
• Prompt medication and follow simple health routines as instructed by the care plan.
• Observe, record and report changes in client condition or behaviour to supervisors and family members as appropriate.
• Travel locally between client locations; maintain reliable timekeeping and accurate documentation.

• Gender requirement: Female (to meet client preferences and service matching criteria).
• Licence: Full Australian Driver’s Licence with a safe driving record.
• Background checks: Valid National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Experience in personal care, community care or disability support is preferred but motivated beginners with the right checks will be considered.
