About the Role

Join an agile on-demand workforce delivering compassionate, respectful, and practical personal care to clients across Keysborough and nearby suburbs. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will support people with daily living activities, promote independence, and create moments of dignity and connection. This role suits energetic, empathetic workers who appreciate flexible casual shifts and enjoy meaningful, person-centered work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, and dressing with sensitivity and respect.
  • Support household tasks including light domestic duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders where required.
  • Assist with community access and transport for appointments, shopping, and social activities.
  • Observe and record changes in client condition, reporting any concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Follow individualized care plans, maintain privacy, and respect client choices and cultural needs.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, families, and the care coordination team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent Vietnamese language skills to support Vietnamese-speaking clients and enhance cultural connection.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and relevant clearances to work safely with vulnerable people.
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence and regular access to a reliable car for client travel and community visits.
  • Experience in personal care, disability support, aged care, or similar roles preferred but not essential; training is available.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a respectful, non-judgmental approach to care.
  • Ability to work flexible casual shifts, including mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends as needed.
