• Current Full Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle for client transport.
• Valid police check and working with children check.
• Previous experience in disability support, aged care, home care, or similar roles is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
• Empathetic, patient, and flexible with the ability to adapt to changing client needs.
• Good communication skills, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to undergo orientation and any required training modules.
