• Follow individual care plans and document care notes accurately and promptly.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families and coordinators to ensure continuity of care.

• Full Australian Driver’s Licence: Required for travel between clients.
• Current Police Check: Mandatory for client safety and compliance.
• Working With Children Check: Required where clients include younger people or family settings.
• Previous experience in personal care, disability support, aged care or community services is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.

• Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to care.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual client needs.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
• Basic digital literacy for recording visits and communicating with coordinators.
