We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and professional Personal Care Assistant to join an agile on-demand team in Hornsby. This casual position offers flexible shifts supporting clients with daily living tasks, personal care and community participation. You will respond to bookings as they arise, delivering respectful, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity.

• Provide personal care such as hygiene support, dressing, toileting and mobility assistance.
• Support meal preparation, feeding assistance and medication reminders according to care plans.
• Assist with household tasks and light domestic duties to maintain safe and comfortable living environments.
• Support clients with community access, appointments and social activities, ensuring safety during travel.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families and coordinators; document care and report changes in client condition.
• Respect client confidentiality, cultural backgrounds and individual preferences at all times.

We are matching candidates who meet the following essential criteria for service provider roles:

• Gender: Female (matching client preferences).
• Has Car: Yes — reliable vehicle for community-based shifts.
• License: Full Australian Drivers Licence required.
• Police Check: Current and clear national police check.
• Working With Children Check: Current WWCC or equivalent clearance.

• Empathy, patience and a calm approach when working with vulnerable people.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans and instructions precisely.
• Flexible availability for casual shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a responsive, on-demand team.
• Basic infection control knowledge and safe manual handling skills.
