Key Requirements
  • Full Australian Driver’s Licence — reliable transport and willingness to travel locally to client appointments and homes.
  • Current Police Check — up-to-date and clear record as required for working with vulnerable people.
  • Working With Children Check — current clearance for roles that may involve clients under 18.
  • Experience in personal care, disability support, aged care, or community services is preferred but empathetic and trainable candidates are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Awareness of infection control, privacy, and dignity standards in care settings.
Why You’ll Love This Role

This casual position delivers variety, autonomy, and immediate start opportunities for professionals wanting meaningful work that fits around life commitments. You will join a supportive on-demand network that offers flexible shifts, real-time matching to suitable clients, and opportunities to grow your skills across aged care and disability support. Every shift offers the chance to make a positive impact and gain experience across diverse care scenarios.

Work Environment and Expectations

Shifts are assigned through an on-demand platform and may include morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend work. Safety, respect and client-centred care are core values.
