Personal Care / Support Work Instructions Actions:
• Provide scheduled personal care support to assist Arthur with showering, drying and dressing.
• Ensure support workers provide direct physical assistance and supervision due to mobility limitations and bathroom access risks (high shower lip/step).
• Encourage safe showering routines and allow sufficient time to avoid rushing.
• Monitor Arthur’s mobility, balance, and fatigue during showering and report any changes to the Care Manager.
• Recommend Occupational Therapy assessment to review bathroom safety and consider aids or modifications to reduce falls risk. Prefer Greek Speaking worker see less
