Description: I would like SW to help me to attend Hydro class. SW are to carry mu bags. SW are to walk alongside me from change room to pool and getting out and returning to change room just in case I slip. SW to sit with my belongings. I am capable to dry and get dress on my won, SW can wait outside the change rooms for me to come out. This service has been booked on Wednesday as requested by client and carer.
