• Provide dignified personal care including assistance with showering, grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility support.
• Support clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light household duties and medication prompts.
• Build rapport and maintain positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
• Follow individualised care plans and communicate changes in client needs to supervisors promptly.
• Record accurate notes and complete required documentation after each visit.
• Travel to client homes across Bateau Bay and nearby areas, representing the service professionally at all times.

• Eligibility: Australian resident or citizen able to work in Australia.
• Must have a car and be comfortable driving between client locations.
• Full Australian Driver’s Licence with a clear driving record.
• Police Check current and clear, and a valid Working With Children Check where applicable.
• Previous experience in personal care, disability support or aged care preferred but empathetic, well-trained newcomers will be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, punctuality and a flexible approach to casual scheduling.

This position is based in Bateau Bay NSW 2261 and is available for an immediate start. Casual shifts are allocated through our on-demand scheduling system, so you will need to be responsive and adaptable to client requests across the Central Coast.
