• Provide compassionate, respectful personal care including mobility assistance, bathing support, grooming, and toileting assistance where required
• Assist clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light household chores, shopping, and medication reminders
• Support clients to maintain independence, encouraging participation in community activities and social engagement
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes to supervisors promptly
• Maintain accurate, timely records of visits and observations using mobile-enabled reporting tools
• Uphold safety standards, infection control procedures, and client confidentiality at all times

• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good time management and the ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Comfortable with physically supporting clients and using safe manual handling techniques
• Basic literacy and confidence using a smartphone app to accept shifts and record visits
