About the Role
Willow and Hayes Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Personal Care Workers to provide ongoing in-home support to older clients across Sydney.
Shifts range from 2–8 hours, with regular, ongoing work available. We are looking for care staff who can commit to at least 3 days per week.
You’ll be carefully matched with clients and support them to remain safely, comfortably, and confidently at home.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Personal care support
- Companionship and social support
- Transport to appointments
- Light meal preparation
- Domestic assistance
You’ll work in clients’ homes and local communities, building genuine, respectful relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
- A warm, caring nature and strong communication skills
- Genuine passion for supporting older people at home
- Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently
- Dementia experience or training (highly regarded)
- Respect for privacy, confidentiality, and dignity
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Home & Community Care (preferred or equivalent experience)
- Unrestricted Australian or NSW driver’s licence
- Access to a clean, reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Permanent working rights in Australia
- Comfortable using apps and electronic documentation
