Key Responsibilities- Support daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with meal preparation, dietary support, and light household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities that promote independence and wellbeing.
- Administer medication reminders and follow care plans as documented by supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with coordinators regarding client needs, shift updates, and any incidents.
- Comply with infection control, safety procedures, and privacy standards at all times.

Mandatory Requirements- Highest Education: Bachelor’s degree (in health, human services, or related field preferred).
- Police Check: Current and clear.
- Working with Children Check: Current and clear.
- Reliable transport or ability to travel within the Nowra region.
- Right to work in Australia and proof of identity.
- Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or community services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to follow care documentation.
- Basic first aid and manual handling training or willingness to obtain them.
- Comfortable using digital rostering tools and submitting shift notes electronically.
