ABOUT THE ROLE

• Night Shift Positions
• Permanent Part-time & Casual Relief
• Georges Hall Location (near Bankstown)

In this role you will be assisting the Director of care and working alongside our Clinical Care Coordinator. Your main responsibility is to ensure the total care of residents, including planning, assessment, evaluation and delivery of care is carried out in accordance with the individual needs of residents. 

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• 12-24 months Registered Nursing experience with experience in aged care
• Motivated with an ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
• Good administration / documentation skills
• A friendly, positive, empathetic approach
• Intermediate Computer Skills
