Responsible for managing a team of staff, you will also be primarily responsible for the clinical care of our residents during your shift. You will be a team-player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work positively within a team environment. You will need to have the ability to efficiently communicate and document important information including care and medication plans.

This is very rewarding role, you will be surrounded by a team of experienced clinical carers and nursing staff. You will also have access to your Residential Manager, Care Managers and support from other centralised departments within the organisation. We also offer opportunities for further training and development.

To be successful for the role:

• Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Willingness to pick up shifts for sick & holiday relief
• Must be able to provide evidence of a 2020 Flu Vaccination
• Strong clinical skills including medication and wound dressing
• Previous Aged Care experience is required
• Experience in collation of ACFI submissions and knowledge of the requirements and accreditation process in Aged care
• Experience with online systems
• Passionate about making a difference for our residents, families and staff
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Team- orientated with experience leading a team of care workers
