Support worker

My name is Gardênia, and I have a Bachelor in Nursing, diploma of Community services and advanced diploma of leadership and management. Over a decade's worth of experience working in health care.

I have a wealth of experience and plenty of clients with happy testimonies and references.

My area of specialty has included working with elderly people,  Alzheimer’s and dementia sufferers, Parkinson’s, stroke victims, mental health and disability support including that of cerebral pausy, autism, paraplegia and quadriplegia. 

I’m an easy going person, kind, caring, patient and empathetic. 

I am highly organized, with pro-active communication skills.

My previous bosses would say that I am very accountable, reliable and competent.

I am happy to adapt to your own personalised routines and household structures.

I love what I do, I have passion in looking after all people from all stages of life, being a good company that they can enjoy, listen to their stories, learn with their experiences, and use my skills to provide personal care and help them to have a life as normal and independent
